I'm not going to give away any spoilers.
The few redeemable things about the movie was the cinematography, which was very pretty and pleasing to the eye and the overall camera work and lighting was nice. The food they showed was delicious and I was really hungry after the movie.
Otherwise, the dialogue was really cliched and pseudo-meaningful. Norah Jones wasn't terrible, but she was kind of flat and a bit whiny. Even though Jude Law was her supposed love interest, she actually ended up having cuter chemistry with Natalie Portman, who was one of the more lively parts of the story, I thought. At a lot points during the movie, the audience started laughing at the pure cheesiness of the lines.
Afterward, they gave us surveys to rate the movie and I decided to give it a fair, while my friend heartlessly rated it "poor". They also asked if we had seen other movies like Broken Flowers and Lost in Translation. I have seen Lost in Translation and I didn't like that movie much either, but I definitely liked it better than My Blueberry Nights, because while Lost in Translation was boring to me, My Blueberry Nights was pure cringeworthy.
But your mileage may vary.
